Damage Responsibility

Late Return

Use Restrictions
Use RestrictionsExtracted Policy (Sections 8 & 9): Vehicles may only be driven within the State of Texas. No racing, off-road, reckless, or aggressive driving. No modifications. The vehicle shall not be operated by any unauthorized person.Consultant’s Elaboration:Why it matters: Keeping the cars in Texas ensures you can easily recover them if stolen or broken down.
