TBIGS LLC Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Binyuy’s General Services (TBIGS) LLC, we pride ourselves on providing reliable vehicles, expert consulting, and top-tier services. To maintain our high standards and keep our rates competitive, we strictly enforce the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Car Rental Services

Our car rentals operate on a strict weekly basis. By reserving a vehicle, you are securing that vehicle for a full 7-day period, making it unavailable to other customers.

  • Cancellations Before Pickup:
    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will incur a cancellation fee equal to one day’s rental rate, with the remainder refunded.
    • Explanation:
      Cancellation deadlines, no-show treatment, and refundability are governed by the booking terms disclosed before payment. Renters are liable to pay one day of rental if they booked and cancel within 24 hours. TBIGS may cancel or refuse release of a vehicle for payment failure, inability to verify identity, safety concerns, lack of required insurance, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.
      Upon digital booking, the selected vehicle is immediately removed from the market and becomes unavailable to other potential Renters. Because this represents a specific loss of income for TBIGS LLC:24-Hour Commitment Rule: If the Renter cancels the booking within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the Renter is liable for one (1) full day of rental fees as liquidated damages for the vehicle’s off-market status.

  • Early Returns: Because our vehicles are discounted for weekly terms, we do not offer refunds or prorated rates for vehicles returned early. If you return a vehicle after 3 days on a 7-day contract, the remaining days are non-refundable.
  • Mechanical Issues: If a vehicle experiences a mechanical failure that is not the fault of the renter, TBIGS LLC will immediately swap the vehicle for another in our fleet. If no replacement vehicle is available, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused days.
  • Policy Violations (Zero Refund Clause): NO REFUNDS will be issued if the rental agreement is terminated due to a violation of our strict company policies. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Driving the vehicle outside the State of Texas.
    • Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
    • Using the vehicle for illegal activities.
    • Violating the Permissive Use Protocol.

2. Airport Transit & Drop-Off/Pickup Services

  • Cancellations: Rides to or from DFW Airport or local Wichita Falls transit must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • No-Shows: If the driver arrives at the scheduled location and the client is not there, or if the client cancels within 1 hour of the scheduled pickup, the service fee is 100% non-refundable to compensate our drivers for their time and fuel.

3. Consulting Services (Federal Contracts, IT, & Financial)

  • Consultation Fees: Payments for consulting services, including hourly strategy sessions ($20/hour) and document preparation, are non-refundable once the service or session has commenced. You are paying for the time, expertise, and intellectual property of our specialists.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a consulting appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

4. Car Detailing & House Cleaning Services

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Due to the labor-intensive nature of cleaning and detailing, we do not offer cash refunds once the service is completed. However, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge.
  • Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

5. Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • Zelle / CashApp / PayPal: Refunds processed via these platforms are typically initiated by our team within 24-48 hours of approval.

  1. Protects the Weekly Model: Gig workers (Uber/DoorDash) put heavy wear on cars quickly. If you allowed prorated refunds for early returns, a driver could rent your car, drive their 500-mile limit in 3 days, return it, and ask for half their money back. The “No Early Return Refund” rule prevents this loophole.
  2. Enforces the Texas Rule: Tying the forfeiture of their money to the “Texas-Only” rule gives the rule actual teeth. If they know they will lose their money and the car if they cross state lines, they won’t do it.
  3. Protects Your Time: As a consultant and service provider, your time is your inventory. The 24-hour cancellation rules ensure you aren’t losing money on empty calendar slots.
